CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend Congress after paying for your registration fee, CIQS offers a variety of options:
1. Substitute the delegate
Should you wish to send another representative from your company in your place, please notify us in writing at minimum of 7 days prior to the opening of Congress (June 22, 2023) via email to [email protected]. Please include the name, contact information (email and phone number) and job title as well as whether or not they are a CIQS member or a non-member.
2. Cancellation – Delegate
Cancellation notice must be received in writing via email at [email protected]. Refunds will be made as follows:
Up to 30 days prior to start of event: Full refund less $100.00 admin fee
0-29 days prior to start of event: No refund
