PANELIST: Niamh Ni Chroinin

Niamh Ní Chróinín is a Senior Director at Ankura based in Calgary, Alberta with 18 years of construction experience.  Niamh specializes in delay and productivity analysis but also provides risk monitoring and project management services for ongoing projects to prevent or limit delay and/or commercial exposure. These services include contract management, procurement, bid management, dispute resolution, and design management.

Niamh has a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in construction law and dispute resolution from Kings College in London. She is a chartered civil engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and a chartered quantity surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Niamh has been a scheduling and productivity lecturer for the Osgoode School of Construction Law Certificate Program and a guest lecturer at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).

Niamh is currently the Communications Board Director for the Society of Construction Law North America.
