Kai Fraser has over 30 years of experience working on some of the most technically, managerially, and politically demanding infrastructure, property and change management projects in the UK, USA and Canada. Kai is currently a Director at Turner & Townsend in the Calgary office appointed to the Green Line project.
His experience includes working as a general contractor to deliver projects and programs in the role of trade contractor, consultant, and owners’ representative. Driven to innovate, he led implementation teams focusing on automotive production methodologies in airport construction. As part of his projects Kai has been active in political and community engagement and established effective and efficient governance and assurance methodologies to assure project and program teams deliver successful outcomes.
Previously, Kai was appointed as VRCA (Vancouver Regional Construction Association) Board Director for the newly formed Professional Services Division. Kai is always looking for ways to collaborate to identify and solve challenges faced by the construction industry.
