PROFESSIONAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Persons who have successfully completed the CIQS entry requirements for this category of membership. Qualified persons may use the designatory letters PQS, and the title Professional Quantity Surveyor, and the French equivalent ECA and the title Économiste en Construction Agréé.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR (CERTIFIED)

Persons who have successfully completed the CIQS entry requirements for this category of membership. Qualified members may use the designatory letters CE(C) and the title Construction Estimator Certified.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

Persons who have successfully completed the CIQS entry requirements for this category of membership. Qualified members may use the designatory letters CE and the title Construction Estimator.

STUDENT MEMBER

Persons who are studying for and taking the examinations of the CIQS, and intend to become qualified members of the association.

OTHER MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Other membership categories exist for other provincial associations, but these are not usually granted by the NSAQS. These may include: Associate Member, Probationer Member, and Full Time Student Member.
